What does that mean?

We are doctors, nurse practitioners, nurses, diabetic educators, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare providers working together to provide you with the best care possible. 

Why do I need a team of healthcare providers?

With multiple team members working toward your care, you'll find that you have more face time, more preventative care, more health education, and faster access to care.
